Volunteers required for humanitarian conference in Nov 2009

Thursday, 27 August 2009 - We are looking for volunteers to assist us in organising and implementing an international humanitarian conference here in Kuala Lumpur.

This is a very unique opportunity and the first of its kind in the country, if not this region.

The conference will be held from 12-14 November 2009.

Assistance is needed for administrative, logistics and communications work prior to the event, operational and coordination during the event, as well as other post-event activities.

We strongly encourage volunteers with experience and expertise in event management to step in and assist us. Nevertheless, we welcome others who wish to assist in other areas.

Volunteers will have the chance to meet and interact with humanitarian actors across the globe.
