Our Society
MERCY Malaysia is a registered society under the Societies Act 1966 (Society No. : 1155)
To date, we have over 500 members in our society, and approximately 5,000 registered volunteers in our database.
In compliance with the Societies Act, MERCY Malaysia submits its accounts to an external auditor, publishes its Annual Report for review and holds an Annual General Meeting for all members, usually in the month of June of every year.

MERCY Malaysia continued its School Preparedness Programme in 2008 which aims to promote a culture of disaster preparedness among school children and to increase capacity of schools and students to respond to disasters. The programme expanded its coverage to several states in the country.
