Terms & Conditions of Registration
It is the responsibility of the Delegates to ensure the Organisers received the
payment in full without any deduction for bank charges.
Payment information
- All payments MUST be made and confirmed by 31 October 2009. Registration is not
considered complete until payment is received.
- Participant will be issued a receipt upon confirmation of payment and presentation
of the receipt during registration is a requirement.
- Fees are payable in the stated currencies only.
Cancellations and Substitutions
- Request for cancellation must be made in writing to conference [@] mercy.org.my.
- Request for cancellation for less than 5 working days before the conference will
not be refundable.
- Attendee substitutions may be made from the same organisation and must be submitted
in writing to conference [@] mercy.org.my 5 days before the conference event.
Exclusion
The fee does not include accommodation, travel costs to and from the Conference
venue and other unspecified taxes, if any. It excludes daily or hourly parking at
the Conference venue.
Limited Liability
In the event of cancellation of conference our liability will be limited only to
full repayment of fees paid.
