Indonesia To Handle Earthquake Crisis Internally |

Jakarta - MERCY Malaysia is currently not sending medical or
humanitarian assistance to Jakarta in accordance with a directive from
the Indonesian government that is not in need of international aid at
the moment.
However, if and when international assistance is needed, a medical team comprising orthopaedic surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses and logisticians will be deployed by MERCY Malaysia immediately as they are already on standby.
