Any Malaysian citizen irrespective of race, religion or gender,
who subscribes to the objectives of the Society, and is aged eighteen (18) years
or more, shall be eligible for admission as a volunteer......
A volunteer is not expected to pay any subscription
fee and does not have voting rights.
All applications from any individual seeking to become a
volunteer shall be submitted in the prescribed form in writing to the
Secretariat, and the Executive Council reserves the right to accept or reject
the application.
The Executive Council shall have the right, by a majority of
the members of the Council, to expel or suspend any such volunteer who has been
guilty of misconduct, which in the opinion of the Council, renders such a
volunteer unfit to continue as one in the Society or is subversive to or has
acted contrary to the Constitution of the Society.
The roles and responsibilities of a volunteer shall be
indicated in the Volunteer Guidelines.
